In this revolutionary workshop series, we combine deep, inspiring mindset work along with practical holistic health education to plant the roots of a truly sustainable health practice. Detoxifying your body and your home for a healthier you and a healthier planet.
Actionable lifestyle guides: improve sleep, ACTUALLY drink more water, move your body in a way that makes you happy.
