I absolutely love the big difference that small shifts in diet and lifestyle can make, and how transformative it can be to eat and live in a way that truly supports your body, mind, and spirit.

My inspiration is to share the tools and wisdom with you that have been shared with me on my own healing journey. Wisdom that helped me rediscover health and happiness after years of feeling increasingly sick, tired, overweight, and bummed out.

There are millions of self-help books out there espousing the benefits of one particular diet, lifestyle, spiritual practice or other.

The problem is that these countless philosophies often contradict each other, and the truth is that there is not ONE particular way of eating or living that works for everyone all the time. And, ultimately, it’s not just what you know that makes the difference, it’s what you do (and how you be with life’s many challenges.)

Studies are showing that our modern way of eating and living is causing epidemic rates of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, brain disorders, and mental health issues. So why are so many people left feeling powerless to make healthy changes in their lives?

Well, in my case I was over-stressed, overwhelmed, and didn’t know where or how to start. Until I began to work with a naturopathic doctor who changed (saved, really) my life by helping me get started on my path to wellness, and that experience inspired me to study and practice holistic health. Through my studies and the coaching I received along the way, I was able to discover how to truly take care of my whole self and support my body’s innate ability to heal itself.

While we work together, I will train you in the fundamental keys to health and happiness that are necessary for all of us, and I will also personalize your recommendations to your specific food intolerances, blood type, metabolic type, and other aspects of your biochemical and psychospiritual individuality. Our work together will help you answer the big, burning question: “What should I eat?”

The nutritional and spiritual counseling programs that I offer are centered around you, and your unique body, mind and spirit. We start where you are in your life and we go from there. Taking one simple step at a time, and each step ultimately gets you closer to the health and happiness you desire.

I consider myself to be training wheels, helping you learn to ride your wellness bike. Once you learn to balance the bike and ride off down your life path, you may experience bumps along the way, you may even fall off. However, once you get the hang of it, truly nourishing yourself is just like riding a bike.
